Would you like to work with your mind free of distractions; from a state of flow that enables your dream?
What if you knew exactly what you needed to do so that your business would constantly move forward?
Instead of going in circles, feeling exhausted and confused, what if you could be independent and have an impactful and meaningful life?
I believe that one of the biggest challenges you will face as an entrepreneur is to scale your business, from a few clients to independence. What you perhaps didn’t know is that there are two main concerns in the early life of any business owner. If these problems are eliminated, then the business will surely flourish.
Over the years, I’ve worked on dozens of projects and have had several businesses. This has helped me identify the two main hurdles that independent entrepreneurs face:
- Failing to reach the right customers, by not targeting your audience where it is, or not approaching them during the sales process.
- Failing to implement an integrated marketing system that links all your efforts, from product presentation, automatization of online marketing campaigns and messages you send, to registering the entire process a prospective customer goes through from interested party to client, to brand ambassador.
If you don’t manage to reach the right people at the right time, in an automated manner, all your efforts, advertising budgets, and investments in improving your products and services will have been for nothing.
You’ll eventually get to a point where if you can’t reach more people that would be interested in buying your product, you’ll have no choice but to compensate with a higher and higher workload. This solution is a sure-fire way to exhaustion and, with time, may lead to the total failure of your business. In the long run, you won’t be able to sustain such a project, as it won’t be a business anymore, but rather a well-paid job. It will also lead to numerous situations where you’re forced to spend your own money just to be able to stay afloat. Furthermore, since desperate times demand desperate measures, high-interest loans will be seen as a quick solution. But they are not. They only serve as a workaround for a short period of time.
I confess that I’m a workaholic. I love to put in 120% effort into my work and over time I’ve developed a passion for what I do. However, there have been times when I thought my work was pointless because it produced zero results. I can tell you that those moments can break your spirit and your willingness to move forward with your projects and ideas.
Where many people would have called it quits, I kept on going, chasing my dream, even if I messed it up again and again. After 12 years of hard work, three successful projects, and over 100 failed ones, I haven’t stopped searching for the perfect marketing system – one that allows me to scale and automate what I’m selling, so I can offer my clients a one-of-a-kind experience before they even get in touch with the product. I’ve always looked to be different from the rest and the message I want to pass on is that of an aspiring trendsetter in an industry that many think is saturated and with no more room for growth.
Although often I work at full speed, guided by a “no matter what” attitude, I can’t always reach new people, display to them my message, and build an ever-expanding audience network without first knowing all the ins and outs of the business, including its values, mission, vision, audience, customer avatar, the needs of its customers, and the unique way my product can help them.
The only way I believe such automatization can be generated is by building a synergized lead generation system for all channels that deliver a product. Therefore, an individualized system adapted to a certain business is needed. In my opinion, this is one of the biggest issues entrepreneurs have to deal with nowadays. It’s one thing to have a business with 2-5% yearly growth, but it’s a completely different ball game to reach growth of over 50% per year with that very same business, using a systematized model.
Returning to the question from the beginning of the article, what if your primary obstacle would just puff and go away? Have you figured out what that issue is for you? If not, I would ask you to take a deep breath and identify the thing that blocks your growth within your mindset. Truth be told, you may find more than one obstacle to overcome, but once you eliminate the main one, many of them will fall like dominoes. I know you can figure it out! And you know what? When you do, I’d love to hear from you!
